Audio Masters

Here is a comprehensive list of all my audios masters. A few things to remember:

  • Audios are listed in reverse chronological (most recent masters first).

  • Do not add my masters to encora, I have my reasons please respect them.

  • All of my audio masters are NOT for resale. If you see anyone selling them, please let me know.

  • My NFT dates are 2 months after I release them (in most cases). During this period, they are only available for trade through me.

  • My masters are always available for trade through me, even if I am closed (though I may be more picky).

  • Some information may be redacted for my safety. This information may be released at a later date.

Disney on Ice: Into the Magic - Canadian Tire Centre, Ottawa, ON - March 8, 2024 (10:30am) (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until May 8, 2024

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [561MB]

Skaters: Jules Vince Alpe, Larkyn Austman, Pavel Charushnikov, Julia Choi, Colleen Clancy, Blake Eisenach, Kaela Kapeikis, Jacob Marsh, Ivan Mitlin, Kirstie Nelson, Joel Ortiz, Taylor Steele, Jaynee Zink, Artem Bekh, Damian Binkowski, Betty Callne, Aaron Chapplain, Jorge Chiarri Piccione, Katy Cunningham, Edgar Fabila Garcia, Yuga Furusho, Jenna Hertenstein, Mizuho Higuchi, Riko Ishida, Marco Klepoch, Vadym Kravtson, Lauren MacDonald, Gaizka Madejon Cambra, Dikki Martinez, Kaname Miyamoto, Jacob Molyneux, Eduardo Montiel Tovar, Joelle Nasheim, Ryan O'Donnell, Mai Omiya, Ivan Patlasov, Casi Reiser, Madeline Rider, Alexander Sheldrick-Male, Hannah Shelley, Kanako Suda, Breelie Taylor, Brittany Watkins, Ibuki Yanagimoto, Kristina Yntema, Cezary Zawadzki, Jessica Zink

Notes: Recorded on an external audio recorder, however, the music was too powerful and it blows a lot. Most of the songs are from the movies, but some were the pop versions. They kept Idina's Let It Go. Lots of noise from the audience. The show includes Mickey and Friends, Beauty and the Beast, Coco, Tangled, Cinderella, Frozen, and Moana. I did my best to track this and had some fun with it.

Frozen - First US National Tour (Ottawa, ON) - March 1, 2024 (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until May 8, 2024

Venue: Salle Southam Hall

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [586MB]

Cast: Caroline Bowman (Elsa), Lauren Nicole Chapman (Anna), Annie Piper Braverman (alt Young Anna), Erin Choi (alt Young Elsa), Jeremy Davis (Olaf), Dominic Dorset (Kristoff), Colin Baja (alt Sven), Zach Hess (u/s Hans), Jack Brewer (Oaken/Bishop), Tyler Jimenez (Pabbie), Kyle Lamar Mitchell (King Agnarr), Katie Mariko Murray (Queen Iduna), Natalie Goodin (alt Head Handmaiden), Renée Ried (Bulda), Evan Duff (Weselton), Michael Allan Haggerty (s/w), Sammy Schechter (s/w)

Notes: Recorded on an external audio recorder from the back row. Audio sounds a bit more balanced than the orchestra audio. I was near some chatty families and a little girl sang "Let It Go" during that part of the show. The mom who took her phone out at every song seemed very annoyed at any minor disturbances happening in front of us from a kid standing up to someone else filming.

Frozen - First US National Tour (Ottawa, ON) - February 27, 2024 (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until May 8, 2024

Venue: Salle Southam Hall

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [606MB]

Cast: Caroline Bowman (Elsa), Lauren Nicole Chapman (Anna), Emma Origenes (alt Young Anna), Savannah Lumar (alt Young Elsa), Jeremy Davis (Olaf), Dominic Dorset (Kristoff), Dan Plehaia (alt Sven), Zach Hess (u/s Hans), Jack Brewer (Oaken/Bishop), Tyler Jimenez (Pabbie), Kyle Lamar Mitchell (King Agnarr), Katie Mariko Murray (Queen Iduna), Gretel Scarlett (alt Head Handmaiden), Renée Ried (Bulda), Evan Duff (Weselton), Tony Neigdenback (s/w), Sammy Schechter (s/w), Natalie Wisdom (s/w)

Notes: Recorded from lotto orchestra seats on an external audio recorder. Much more orchestra-heavy than my other audios from this venue. I am slowly accepting the fact that Southam Hall's sound system does not like audio recorders. Little rustling, I did cheer a few times but my voice was hoarse from an allergic reaction I had earlier in the day, so your ears are saved from full cheer team voice, but not clapping over the drums claps.

Redwood - La Jolla Playhouse - February 18, 2024 (Preview) (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until March 31, 2025

Venue: Sheila and Hughes Potiker Theatre

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [647MB]

Cast: Idina Menzel (Jesse), De'Qdre Aziza (Mel), Zachary Noah Piser (Spencer/Clerk/Man in Rain/Mateo), Michael Park (Finn), Nkeki Obi-Melekwe (Becca), Kate Diaz (Voice of Trees/Stella)

Notes: Recorded on an external audio recorder and is EXTREMELY quiet for some reason. Clear, but quiet. Audios includes the playout music and a pre-show speech thanking the audience for being a part of the previews. Nkeki Obi-Melekwe stole the show, people stood at "Becca's Song".

T/Ws: deals heavily with death and grief over losing an adult child.

Redwood - La Jolla Playhouse - February 18, 2024 (Matinee) (Preview) (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until March 31, 2025

Venue: Sheila and Hughes Potiker Theatre

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [619MB]

Cast: Idina Menzel (Jesse), De'Adre Aziza (Mel), Zachary Noah Piser (Spencer/Clerk/Man in Rain/Mateo), Michael Park (Finn), Nkeki Obi-Melekwe (Becca), Kate Diaz (Voice of Trees/Stella)

Notes: Recorded on an external audio recorder and is EXTREMELY quiet for some reason. Clear, but quiet. Some rustling because I was a bit hyper at seeing Idina. I have an issue with the song titles. I've put in the metadata my suggested song titles that I think are better.

T/Ws: deals heavily with death and grief over losing an adult child.

RENT - Suzart Productions (Ottawa, ON) - December 10, 2023 (Matinee) (Closing Night) (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until April 22, 2024

Venue: Meridian Theatres @ Centerpoint Les Lys Studio

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [403MB]

Cast: Johevah Cobby (Mimi Marquez), Lena Kirkham (Maureen Johnson), Brad Lafortune (Benjamin Coffin III), Axandre Lemours (Tom Collins), Jake Strang (u/s Roger Davis), Kristopher Tharris (Mark Cohen), Mason Timm (Angel Dumott Shunard), Janai Suthan (u/s Joanne Jefferson), Tomo Adachie, Luc Cormier, Alex Davidson, Liam Gosson, Kevin Guerette, Kathryn McLean, Naomi Miller, Anne Payette, Aaron Penciner, Yan Sjvartsman, Rory Woodland, Susan Zhu

Notes: Act One only, I had to leave :(. Audio from an external audio recorder, crystal clear (idk what happened or how to replicate it but it is immaculate). Someone brought a 5-year-old little girl who seemed confused and could sometimes be overheard making a comment or two. She had great comedic timing though, particularly "It's funny!" during a quiet part of "Over the Moon".

Husband, What Husband? The Radio Show - Amplitude Theatre (Ottawa, ON) - November 27, 2023 (Preview) (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until April 22, 2024

Venue: Gladstone Theatre

Format: MP3 (untracked) [174MB]

Cast: Iyono Ede (Announcer/Signer), Michelle LeBlanc (Bea), David Gerow (Rudy), Shauna Akkermans (Elizabeth), Tom Charlebois (Andrew), Tanja Puchala (Madge), John Cook (Foley Artist)

Notes: World premiere performance! This comedic play written by John Cook is done in the style of radio shows, including a Foley artist who did all the sound effects on stage! Wish I'd filmed it, he was the highlight. The actors stood at the mics, sitting down when they did not have a line. Included small segments with songs and commercial breaks for immersion.

Hairspray - Third US National Tour (Non-Equity) (Ottawa, ON) - November 19, 2023 (FaceInTheMirror's master)

Notes: Phone audio, can sound distorted at times.

Mary Poppins - Orpheus Musical Theatre (Ottawa, ON) - November 19, 2023 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until April 22, 2024

Venue: Meridian Theatres @ Centerpoint Mainstage

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [712MB]

Cast: Brendan Finnerty (Bert), Sheena Turcotte (Mary Poppins), Jared Langdon (Geroge Banks), Vanessa Schwarz (Winifred Banks), Jet Kearns (Jane Banks), John Iziomon (Michael Banks), Julie Heath (Mrs. Brill), Jack Smith (Robertson Ay), Carmella Gehrels (Miss Andrew), Debbie Guilbeault (Bird Woman), Rachel Myrah (Neleus), Kyle Thompson (Park Kepper), John Litser (Chairman), Rachel G. Moore (Katie Nanna), TL Rader (Mrs. Corry), Jim Tanner (Admiral Boom), Alison Foley (Miss Lark), Pheobe Stassen (Valentine), James Baxter (Policeman), Karsten Skeries (Von Hussler), Laurence Stassen (Northbrook), Amanuel Abebe, Estella Aversa, Nicole Boyle, Cynthia Bradford, Hayden Chesser, Keppy Fuoco, Jesse Gervais-Weedmark, David Lurie, Danielle McDonald, Katie Miller, Benoît Mullin, Bethany Papadopolus, Sienna Rader, Mercedes Rivoire, Pheobe Stassen, Tegan Stassen

Notes: Phone recording, not as bad as it could be, but far from my recorder's quality. Lots of chatty kids (and parents!) in the audience. I was pleasantly surprised by the scale of this production, and I am looking forward to seeing more from this group in the future.

The Great Gatsby - The University of Ottawa Theatre Club - November 10, 2023 (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master until April 22, 2024

Venue: Gladstone Theatre

Format: MP3 (untracked) [166MB]

Cast: Andrew Lemieux (Nick Carraway), Congrad Svendsen (Jay Gatsby), Sabine Duknie (u/s Daisy Buchanan), Richard Parson (u/s Tom Buchanan), Amia Mohamed (u/s Jordan Baker), Mariana Gomez (Myrtle Wilson), Claudia Capicotto (Catherine), Owen Lamont (George Wilson), Valmik Duvadie (Meyer Wolfsheim), Pippin Sparrow (Mr. Gatz), Abby Peters (Theda Barra), Nora Hesselink, Alana Malanga, Aro Salib, Sofia Gonzales-Cappuccino

Notes: Recorded on an external audio recorder. Not 100% on the understudies as there was no announcement, this was done by eyes. Unsure which adaptation of the book this is, but it's a play.

The Best of Broadway (Broadway’s Leading Men) - National Arts Centre (Ottawa, ON) - October 7, 2023 (Closing Night) (FaceInTheMirror's master)
Venue: Salle Southam Hall
Format: MP3 (untracked) & M4A (tracked) [509MB]
Cast: Jack Everly (Conductor/Host), Manon St-Jules (Host), Nick Adams (Vocalist), Ben Crawford (Vocalist), Ted Keegan (Vocalist), Katie Swaney (Vocalist), Ewashko Singers, NAC Orchestra
Notes: A clear recording taken from an external audio recorder. A couple songs are on the quiet side. The first speech part is done in that Ottawa TM Bilingualism where one part of the speech is French and one part is English and they don't translate the parts, but the rest fo the show is in English. All that matters witht this is that it's clear form the audience reaction all we wanted was the Overture from Phantom played by the orchestra and Ben and Ted signing Music of the Night. Preforamnce focused on the Leading Men and male Broadway composers, and included songs from West Side Story, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Thoroughly Modern Millie, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Company, The Music Man, Gypsy, The Phantom fo the Opera, Les Misérables, and others. I did my best with the setlist, but the program was not accurate.
Includes digital program.

Venue: Gladstone Theatre

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [465MB]

Cast: James Maxwell Pettifer (Jon), Andrew Portolesi (Michael), Ainslie Moors (Susan)

Notes: Double cast, I'm fairly sure this cast (Boom) was the one I saw. Recorded on an external audio recorder.

The Queen In Me - National Arts Centre (Ottawa, ON) - September 30, 2023 (Closing Night) (FaceInTheMirror's master)
Venue: Azrieli Studio
Format: MP3 (untracked) [138MB]
Cast: Teiya Kasahara 笠 原 貞 野
Notes: Clear audio recorded on an external audio recorder. Show features music from La Bohème, Madama Butterfly, Manon Lescaut, and Turandot (by Puccini); Lucia di Lammermoor (by Donizetti); Macbeth and Rigoletto (by Verdi); Salome (by R. Strauss); Esclarmonde (by Massenet); and The Magic Flute (by Mozart).

Cabaret - Ovation Productions (Ottawa, ON) - September 30, 2023 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror's master)
Venue: Meridian Theatres @ Centerpoint Les Lye Studio Theatre
Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [708.MB]
Cast: Mitch Wood (Emcee), Kirstyn Russelle (Sally Bowles), Kaden Forsberg (Clifford Bradshaw),  Eric Lehmenn (Ernst Ludwig), Cara Pantalone (Fräulein Schneider), Gab Desmond (Herr Schultz/Max), Arinea Hermans (Fräulein Kost), Chantalyne Beausoleil (Hermann/Rudy), Max Borowski (Rosie), Sofia Contal (Victor/Sailor), Joel Cumber (Bobby), Tkaia Green (Hans), Mei Miyazawa (Helga), Zoe O'Connor (Lulu), Macayla Paris (Texas/Gorilla), Lyne Tremblay (Frenchie)
Notes: Recorded on an external audio recorder; audio is muffled due to hiding it in my sleeve/bag as my seat was quite exposed. Act 1 is okay, but act 2 can be hard to hear at points. More rustling than usual can be overheard. Production was amazing and the cast is super talented! A woman in my row was enjoying the show a lot.

Hadestown - First National Tour (Ottawa, ON) - August 27, 2023 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror's master)
Venue: Salle Southam Hall
Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [627MB]
Cast: J Antonio Rodriguez (Orpheus), Courtney Lauster (u/s Eurydice), Matthew Patrick Quinn (Hades), Maria-Christina Oliveras (Persephone), Nathan Lee Graham (Hermes), Belén Moyano (Fate), Nyla Watson (Fate), Dominique Kempf (Fate), Cecilia Trippiedi (u/s Fate Unknown), Jordan Bollwerk (Worker), Shavey Brown (Worker), Jamal Lee Harris (Worker), KC Dela Cruz (s/w Worker), Racquel Williams (Worker)
Notes: Clear recording from an external audio recorder. Seat wasn't the best and that's reflected in the music being a bit overpowering at times. Old couple next to me was chatty but it's not very audible. Full show including We Raise Our Cups. Cast board said that Cecilia Trippiedi was on for one of the Fates, but also all 3 fates were mentioned on the cast board so I am not sure who she was on for.

Equanimity: A Staged Reading - Montérégie, Quebec - August, 2023 (FaceInTheMirror's master)

FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [236MB]

CAST: Meenu Atwal, Lucas Giannetti, Alyssa Mirachi, Chloe Nzigamasabo

NOTES: Didn't see the "Narrator" on any of the cast lists or who was playing who. Clear audio recorded on an external audio recorder.

Halfway There - Ottawa Little Theatre (Ottawa, ON) - April 16, 2023 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror's master)

FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [236MB]
CAST: Venetia Lawless (Rita), Teal Cochrane (Vi), Linda Webster (Mary Ellen), Kurt Shantz (Sean Merrit), Chelsey Prince (Janine Babineau), Kerry Wright (Lunch Rusher), Elise O'Grady (Lunch Rusher), Marlene Spatuk (Lunch Rusher), Andrea Segal (Lunch Rusher). Allan McLeod (Lunch Rusher), Yazen Jaouni (Lunch Rusher), Christian Giansante (Lunch Rusher), Albert Lightstone (Lunch Rusher), Gerard Lalonde (Lunch Rusher)
NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder. Can sound a bit echo-y, but still decent. On par with the other audios from this venue. Second Norm Foster show I've seen and I enjoyed this one a lot more. Feels a lot more Canadian than the other. The Lunch Rushers were silent roles that had some funny things going on during scene transitions, like one girl trying very hard to get a guy to talk to her until the last day when she just takes his order and hides it.

Includes Production Pictures from the website. I lost the program while moving, so unfortunately I don't have scans.

Aladdin - Second US National Tour (Ottawa, ON) - March 25, 2023 (FaceInTheMirror’s master)

Martin (Genie), Anand Nagraj (Jafar), Aaron Choi (Iago), Jake Letts (Babkak), Colt Prattes (Kassim/Voice of the Cave), Ben Chavez (Omar), Sorab Wadia (Sultan), Ryan Rodino (s/w Prince Abdullah), Adriana Negeron (Fortune Teller/Attendant), Edward Cuellar (Shop Owner), Victoria Byrd (Attendant), Cody Hernandez (Razoul), Omar Nieves (s/w), Hillary Porter (s/w), Melissa Hunter McCann (s/w), Asten Stwart (s/w)
NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder, great sound from the venue <3 Some comments from the elderly couples beside me can be overheard. Cast list isn’t full, I’m not quite sure who was on/off in the ensemble besides the swings listed.
Includes program scans and cast board pic.

A Midsummer Night’s Fairytale - uOttawa School of Music (Ottawa, ON) - March 25, 2023 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror’s master)

FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [205MB]

CAST: Ally Downes (Juno/Peaseblossom), Ian Solomon (Phoebus/Flute/Thisby), Lauren Reisig (Helena/Spring), Liam McColgan (Lysander/Summer), Gabriela Comeau Gort (Hermia/Autumn), Matthias Mark-George (Demetrius), Philip Lukie (Bottom/Winter/Pyramus), Amanda Lopez (Oberon), Neha Natarajan (Titania/Tytania), Cameron Hunter (Puck), Krystal King (Changeling/Cobweb), Walid Jeddou (Songster of the Air Fairy/ Snug/Lion), Jessica Green (Night/Mustardseed), Jessy Lindsay (Mystery/Moth), Katie Cruikshank (Secrecy/Hippolyta), Kyle Simpson (Sleep/Quince/Prologue), Oleskii Fishchuk (Theseus), Tony Bittar (Snout/Wall), Alexis Poirier (Starveling/Moonshine)

NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder. Show combines Henry Purcell’s The Fairy Queen (Act I) with Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Act II) in opera. It starts about 5 min in, there’s a bilingual speech explaining the show first. Extremely clear, everything can be heard well! Actors projected well and the venue had amazing acoustics.

Includes program scans.

Into the Woods - Carlton Musical Theatre Society (Ottawa, ON) - March 24, 2023 (FaceInTheMirror’s master)
FORMAT: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [773MB]
CAST: Andrew Portolesi (Narrator/Mysterious Man), Robyn Campbell (The Witch), Jaime Sadgrove (The Baker), Maggie Wolfe (Baker’s Wife), Hannah Lundrigan (Cinderella), Lindsay Keene (Jack), Anna Grey (u/s Little Red Riding Hood), Congrad Svendsen (Cinderella’s Prince/The Wolf), Abigail White (Rapunzel), Noah Blat (Rapunzel’s Prince), Kimberly Bentham (Cinderella’s Stepmother), Ashley Gillard (Lucinda), Rorey Brown (Florinda), Alana Malanga (Jack’s Mother), Liam Gosson (The Steward), Naomi James (Granny), Rachel Stanley (s/w Giant’s Voice, Snow White), Catherine Camparmo (Sleeping Beauty), Katie Moroz (Ensemble)
NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder. The venue was a church so there’s a lot of echoing. The recorder picked up some of the actor’s voices as well as the speakers so the dialogue especially sounds a bit off. Some mics were off, especially Cinderella’s Stepmother’s. Audience was wild; full of families and friends of the performers. The Princes were so committed to not walking period and it was hysterical. High-kicks and Maria heel clicks the entire time.
Includes digital program.

Sense and Sensibility (Hamill) - Ottawa Little Theatre (Ottawa, ON) - March 12, 2023 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror’s master)
FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [340MB]
CAST: Emily Walsh (Elinor Dashwood), Abbey Sugars-Keen (Marianna Dashwood), Mackenzie Albert (Margaret Dashwood/Miss Grey), Jane Morris (Mrs. Dashwood/Mrs. Ferrars), Adam Barrows (John Dashwood), Judy McCormick (Fanny Dashwood), Braden Sabourin (Edward Ferrars/Doctor), Guy Newsham (Colonel Brandon), Thomas Jestin (John Willoughby), Conrad McCallum (Sir John Middleton), Janet Uren (Mrs. Jennings), Susanna Doherty (Lady Middleton/Gossip 4), Sarah McKay (Lucy Steele), Victoria Windrem (Anne Steele), Christian Giansante (Robert Ferrars), Tyler Tanner (Gossip 1), Michael Carens-Nedelsky (Gossip 2/Thomas), Natalie MacLellan (Gossip 3)
NOTES: Recorded on an external recorder. Some noise, especially when I dropped the recorder. In act two, a lot of phones were going off in the audience. There were a lot of visual jokes during the show, so lots of laughter at things that won’t make sense just from listening to the audio. Mackenzie was the stand-out performer, just radiated a good time every single time she stepped on stage. The actors for Elinor & Edward are married IRL per the playbill. Includes the best playbill scans I have ever made (used the super fancy new scanners in my uni library and I love the results). Includes production pics from the website.

The Unplugging - Great Canadian Theatre Company (Ottawa, ON) - March 5, 2023 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror’s master)
FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [187MB]
CAST: Miali Buscemi (Bernadette), Heather Majaury (Elana), Lo Sirois (Seamus)
NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder. Indigenous theatre <3!! Loved this play so much, the cast was amazing and the set was gorgeous. I wish I'd taken some pics of the diorama and costume inspo boards they had out in the lobby. The play takes place in a post-apocalyptic setting (after “The Unplugging”) and follows Bern and Elana as they try to survive in this new landscape. I can’t rave about this enough, it was so well done and the story is amazing, please listen to it.

As You Like It: A Radical Retelling - Great Canadian Theatre Company (Ottawa, ON) - January 21, 2023 (Matinee) (Highlights) (FaceInTheMirror’s master)
FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [58.4MB]
CAST: Cliff Cardinal
NOTES: Great show, very radical. Cast was amazing. 35 minutes of a 70min show, must have knocked the off button during some audience interaction by accident. Recorded on an external audio recorder. Don’t skip the land acknowledgement ;). This was a very unique piece of theatre and I’m glad to have seen it and that I’m able to share what I recorded.
Digital Playbills included.

Come From Away - First US National Tour (Ottawa, ON) - January 8, 2023 (FaceInTheMirror’s master)
FORMAT: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [541MB]
CAST Marika Aubrey (Beverley & Others), Kevin Carolan (Claude & Others), Harter Clingman (Oz & Others), Christine Toy Johnson (Diane & Others), Julie Johnson (Beulah & Others), James Earl Jones II (Bob & Others), James Kall (Nick & Others), Julia Knitel (Janice & Others), Ali Momen (Kevin J./Ali & Others), Kirsten Peace (Bonnie & Others), Danielle K. Thomas (Hannah & Others), Jeremy Woodard (Kevin T./Garth & Others)
NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder. Entire show, including Screech Out. Tried out one of the music settings over voice options, and the songs are less muffled than in my previous masters. Dialogue is noticeably quieter, but still audible. Audience was great, it seemed like people weren't familiar with the show at all or knew what to expect so lots of laughter and reactions. Couple next to can be overheard whispering from time to time.
Playbill scans included.

Little Red Riding Hood Strikes Back! - Annual Holiday Pantomime (QC, Canada) - January 4, 2023 (FaceInTheMirror’s master)
FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [218MB]
CAST: [Redacted]
NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder. An original panto written for the theatre; fundraising event for company. Please do not list with the theatre despite it being mentioned in the show. Voices are clear until there’s music, though this was more of a venue issue as it was hard to hear during the performance. The kids and grandparents in the first/second row were having a riot. The kid kicking my friend’s seat can be heard throughout. Candy noises in Act 2 because they gave them out in Act 1.

Pretty Woman - First National Tour (Ottawa, ON) - November 19, 2022 (Highlights) (FaceInTheMirror’s master)

NOTES: Act one only. Audio is fairy clear; songs sometimes sound a bit muffled due to the audio recorder settings.

NOTES: Act one only. Dialogue is very clear, but songs can sometimes sound muffled. I’ve been trying to find the best setting on my audio recorder for recording musicals. Production was very good, I enjoyed it a lot!

Mean Girls - First US National Tour (Ottawa) - October 23, 2022 (FaceInTheMirror's master)
FORMAT: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [704MB]
CAST: Eric Huffman (Damien Hubbard), Lindsay Heather Pierce (Janis Sarkisian), English Bernhardt (Cady Heron), April Josephine (Mrs. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George), Tovi Wayne (u/s Mr. Heron/Coach Carr/ Mathletes Moderator), Kabir Bery (Kevin G), Iain Young (u/s Aaron Samuels), Wesley J. Barnes (Martin J), Sky Flaherty (Tyler K), Lawrence E. Street (Mr. Duvall), Nadia Hassan (Regina George), Adriana Scalice (s/b Regina George), Jasmine Rogers (Gretchen Wieners), Morgan Ashley Bryant (Karen Smith), Wesley J Barnes (Art Student), DeShawn Bowens (Art Student), Dan Horn (Art Student), Aaron Alcaraz, Erica Simone Barnett, Noah Blessing, Susie Carroll (s/w), Adante Carter, Brittany Conigatti (s/w), Mary Beth Donahoe, Niani Feelings, Samuel Gerber (s/w), Jamary Gil, Morgan Harrison, Maya Imani, Lily Kaufmann, Asia Marie Kreitz, Grace Romanello, Sydney Mei Ruf-Wong, Kaitlyn Louise Smith
Notes: Last night of the tour stop. Glad to see former If/Then cast members getting work! Lindsay was on fire. Adriana was put in for Regina for Act 2. Audio is from my phone so it's a bit scratchy, but no rustling or other noises. Not entirely sure who was in the ensemble as 3 swings were on, but it did not say for who, so I only put the names of people on the cast board instead of copying from the playbill.

On a First Name Basis - Ottawa Little Theatre - October 2, 2022 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror's master)
FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [269MB]
CAST: Barry Daley (David), Kim Strauss (Lucy)
NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder. Act one is slightly muffled, but the issue is fixed in act two. An incredibly fun play! Again, not the target audience, but it was well worth my money, and I recommend this for anyone into comedic dramas. The stage was in intricate; I have included production pictures taken form the website. Cast was talented.

Dear Evan Hansen - First US National Tour (Ottawa) - August 14, 2022 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror’s master)

FORMAT: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [759MB]

NOTES: Includes a 6 min video of the start of the show to the end of Does Anyone Have a Map? Act One is back-up form my phone and the audio quality is absolutely horrendous and not worth releasing. Act Two is form an external audio recorder and much better, though there is some noise from the master fidgeting.

Feather Gardens - Montérégie, Quebec - August 13, 2022 (Matinee) (FaceInTheMirror's master)

NFT: Except through master
FORMAT: MP3 (untracked) [152MB]
CAST: Jimmy Blais (Tommy), Bruce Dinsmore (Oscar), Cary Lawrence (Judith), Jeremy Proulx (Vern)
NOTES: Recorded on my phone. A clear recording of the world premiere run of this new comedic play. It's heavily location based in the plot and jokes and some events. The actors were having a fun time and I hope this play gets more productions in the future.
Local businessman and hobby metal detectorist Oscar Manning has uncovered what he believes is a valuable piece of Indigenous history in his backyard. In an attempt to authenticate and appraise it, he approaches the neighboring community of Kanehsatake for advice. What luck, the first people he meets on the reserve are Tommy Harris and Vern Runningfeather. The “Elder and Hereditorial Head of the Traditional Council” Vernon RunningFeather declares it an authentic traditional arrowhead. As per “traditional protocol” the yard is declared Mohawk land and has to be turned over for immediate occupancy by the “Hereditorial Keeper of Traditional Land” himself. What starts off as a comic cohabitation between a sympathetic yet opportunistic ally and a pair of strong-willed jokers, turns into a full-fledged relationship based in hard truths, fundamental differences and common experience.

NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder and is crystal clear. Minimal rusting from the master. Seats at the theatre were super loud, it was like every noise the audience made was echoing but it doesn’t seem to be as apparent on the audio. No noisy children.

& Juliet - Pre-Broadway/Toronto - July 27, 2022 (FaceInTheMirror’s master)

FORMAT: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [747MB]
CAST: Rachel Webb (u/s Juliet), Tiernan Tunnicliffe (u/s Anne Hathaway), Stark Sands (William Shakespeare), Ben Jackson Walker (Romeo), Philippe Arroyo (Francois), Justin David Sullivan (May), Melanie la Barrie (Nurse "Angelique"), Paulo Szot (Lance), Veronica Otim (Lady Capulet), Nicholas Edwards (Lord Capulet/Sly), Alaina Vi Maderal (s/w Gwynne/Benvolio), Nico DeJesus (s/w Cuthbert), Daniel J Maldonado (s/w Fletcher), Matt Rafy (Gregory), Joe Moeller (Henry), Jasmine Rafael (Imogen), Joomin Hwang (Kempe), Katy Geraghty (Lucy), Brandon Antonio (Richard), Bobby "Pocket" Horner (Rumour), Michael Iván Carrier (s/w Thomas)
NOTES: Recorded on an external audio recorder. It is a bit muffled and because I was sitting right underneath the speakers, which made it hard to hear and did not agree with my audio recorder. Some rustling can be overheard, as well as the operating noising from the lighting fixtures. The guys sound a lot better than the girls, “Love Me Like You Do” if up there in songs that agreed with his recording. Act Two is much better than act one, I have no clue what changed. Honestly, quality varies song by song and scene by scene.

Notes: The actors did not have mics and some parts are hard to hear (when there I couldn’t hear anything from What Would You Do? but the recorder picked some of it up!). This production, however, has my heart and stamp of approval as your resident If/Then fan. I was crying most of the time but fortunately my audio recorder was on the floor so you can’t hear it. Includes program pictures.

Format: MP3 (tracked & untracked) [321MB]

The Bench - Montérégie, Quebec - November 19, 2021 (FaceInTheMirror's master)
Cast: John Elliott (Sandy), Steve Walters (Joe)
Notes: Recorded on an external audio recorder and is very clear. Both music and speaking are crystal clear. There is some rustling for the first 20 minutes of act one from my bag and a little bit in act two. The audience was comprised of mostly the elderly so I was in the minority of what I found funny. The play takes place over nine days. Content Warning (minor spoilers): Discusses suicide, internalized homophobia, and animal death. Spoiler: The big "oh no" from the audience at the start of act two was because it was revealed that the bench set-piece was broken in two, and as the lights turned on we could tell that it had been burnt (hence my lightning comment).

The Blonde, the Brunette, and the Vengeful Redhead - Montérégie, Quebec - October 15, 2021 (FaceInTheMirror's master)
Cast: Leni Parker (All)
Notes: As far as I know, the only known audio of this play. Recorded on an external audio recorder and is incredibly clear. The Buzzing heard during the first monologue is a part of the sound design.

Format: M4A (untracked) [214MB]

Macbeth - Shakespeare by the Lake - August 6th, 2021 (FaceInTheMirror's master)
Location: Outdoor Amphitheatre, Quebec
Cast: [Redacted]
Notes: Great show form a professional theatre group to raise money for future projects. The acting was stellar and the choreography and stage effects were great, especially given the outdoor venue (Stage Pic included! The white sheets were used for shadow work in act two). Some of the quieter noises weren't picked up well by my phone, but there were much less wind noises than my previous one. There was a puppy near me, and she can often be heard breathing/moving/chewing on a stick. WARNING TO HEADPHONE USERS: Sometimes the puppy barked if she got spooked by the show. It gets less as the play moves on and she got more used to it. Cover by MozartWasCrazy.

Macbeth - Shakespeare by the Lake - July 30th, 2021 (Opening Night) (FaceInTheMirror's master)
Location: Outdoor Amphitheatre, Quebec
Cast: [Redacted]
Notes: Includes 2 versions, one is the original audio, one has wind reduction as it was extremely windy. I could not hear anything for the majority of act one form where I was sitting, but the mic seems to have picked up a bit more talking. Feel free to edit the original file for personal listening, however, DO NOT circulate these files. This is to avoid confusion. Cover & edited audio by MozartWasCrazy.

Format: FLAC (untracked) [1.04GB]
